Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LensArt mobile app and the lensart.appwebsite (together, the “Service”), operated by LensArt (“LensArt,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

LensArt lets you capture physical products as 3D scans, automatically converts them into web- and AR-ready formats, and lets you organize and share them as branded catalogs via link or QR code. Capturing scans requires a compatible iPhone with a LiDAR sensor; viewing shared models works on most modern devices without an app.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Plans & scan limits

LensArt offers different plans (such as Basic, Pro, and Custom) that include different monthly scan allowances and features. Free plan allowances are provided as-is. Paid plans and custom arrangements are set up by contacting the LensArt team; pricing and payment are handled outside of the app. Scan allowances and features may change over time, and unused allowances do not necessarily carry over between periods.

Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the scans, models, images, and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant LensArt a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, convert, display, and deliver Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and to the visitors you share it with.

You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to capture and share it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or violate any law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, or that you do not have the right to share;
• misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• use the Service to violate the privacy or intellectual-property rights of others; or
• use the Service in a way that harms LensArt or other users.

Public sharing

Models and catalogs you publish are accessible to anyone with the link or QR code. You are responsible for what you choose to make public. You can unpublish or delete your content at any time.

LensArt intellectual property

The Service — including the app, website, software, and LensArt branding — is owned by LensArt and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, cloud hosting and content delivery, and authentication). Your use of the Service may also be subject to the terms of the platform through which you obtained the app (such as the Apple App Store).

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scans will always process successfully.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LensArt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Pakistan.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
